SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

We offer worldwide 7 days free standard shipping to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, selected countries in Europe and Asia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Russia. For the full list of countries we ship to, please refer to below: 

- USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Czech, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, China, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Russia.

Please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be dispatched.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding local holidays: 1st January, 6th January, 10th April, 1st May, 3rd May, 8th June, 15th August, 1st November, 11th November, 25th December, 26th December.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond our control.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Sales tax will be calculated at the checkout.

In order to provide our dear customers a more convenient shopping experience, we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) for international orders, so you won't need to worry about the custom duties clearance. The custom duties is already included in the price showing on our website for the countries you selected. For DDP shipments the courier will be responsible for customs clearance and the parcel will be delivered directly to the shipping address. 

 

REFUSED DELIVERY

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
